Recall screening, and what a clean result does not mean
Every anchor product is screened against the full CPSC recall database. A screen that finds nothing is not a clearance, and we will not present it as one.
The strongest claim we can make
No published CPSC recall in our snapshot names this exact model. That is not the same as "this unit is safe". Most recalls apply to specific serial ranges, so only a manufacturer serial-number lookup can clear the unit in your house.

Name collisions worth knowing about
A recalled product with a confusingly similar name is the case most likely to hurt someone, because the owner of the recalled unit is exactly who searches for the other one.
Name collision — EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max
EcoFlow DELTA Max (2000), model EFD310, was recalled 2025-10-09. The power stations may overheat and ignite, posing a risk of serious burn injury and fire.
'DELTA Max 2000' and 'DELTA 2 Max' are separate products whose names differ only by word order. An owner searching for one can easily read guidance written for the other. This page must display the distinction and the recall route before any other content.
Telling them apart: Turn the unit over. The recalled product has 'EFD310' and 'EcoFlow DELTA Max (2000)' on the underside nameplate. If your nameplate reads that, you have the recalled model, not the DELTA 2 Max described on this page.
Remedy: Stop using the recalled power station immediately and contact EcoFlow for a free firmware-update repair. CPSC notice 26010.

The "brand recalls in snapshot" column is a control. If a brand returns zero recalls overall, a null result for one of its models carries less weight, and we say so on the product page rather than presenting it as a stronger finding than it is.
How we treat recalls
- A screen that finds no matching recall NEVER means the unit is recall-free. It means no published CPSC recall in the captured snapshot names this exact model.
- Only a manufacturer serial-number lookup can clear an individual unit, because most recalls are limited to serial ranges.
- A near-miss on a similarly named model is a publication obligation, not a footnote: the owner of the OTHER product is exactly who lands on our page.
- Every ruling records the snapshot date. A ruling is stale the moment the snapshot is.
