How current is any of this?
Every figure on this site carries the date we captured it. That is only meaningful if something re-checks the source, so here is the actual state of each one.

Windows come from our production readiness contract. The recall and offer windows are the short ones because those are the two that can become dangerous or misleading fastest.
What we do when something goes stale
- We keep showing the figure with its real capture date. Silently re-dating a number nobody re-checked would be the worst option available to us.
- A recall screen is re-run against a fresh CPSC pull, not assumed. Any new recall touching a brand we carry becomes a human adjudication before it reaches a page.
- A listing whose identity no longer matches loses its link. An ASIN can be repurposed to a different product, so we re-check what the listing is, not just what it costs.
- A citation that 404s is not evidence. Dead manufacturer URLs are replaced or the field returns to uncaptured.
What a date here does not promise
A current capture date means we read the manufacturer's published figure on that day. It does not mean the manufacturer is right, that your unit matches the current production revision, or that a recall does not exist that CPSC has not published yet. The nameplate on the appliance in front of you always wins. Read the full evidence standard.
