What we collect
Almost nothing, and nothing you type into the planner.
The planner runs in your browser
When you select loads and an outage duration, that calculation happens on your own device using product data your browser has already downloaded. Your selections are never transmitted to us. We do not store them, log them, or associate them with you, because they never leave your machine.
What we do not do
- No accounts, logins or user profiles.
- No cookies set by this site.
- We run Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to count page views, clicks on product links and use of the calculators. It sets cookies in your browser; no name, e-mail, address, appliance model or medical detail is ever sent, and we do not run advertising trackers.
- No selling, renting or sharing of personal information — we do not hold any to share.
- No email list. If you write to us, we use your address to reply and nothing else.
What is unavoidable
This site is served by a hosting provider and a content delivery network. Like any web host, they process standard request information — IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and a timestamp — to deliver the page and protect against abuse. We do not use that data to build a profile of you.
Pages carrying a product link use an affiliate programme. Following such a link takes you to the retailer, whose own privacy policy then applies. See our disclosure.
Children
This site is aimed at adults making equipment decisions for a household and is not directed at children.

Email privacy@verifiedbackuppowerdata.com. If you want to know what we hold about you, the answer is almost certainly nothing, and we will say so plainly.
