Which power station runs a ResMed AirSense 11, and for how long?
Buy the BLUETTI AC180: about 6.4 nights with the humidifier off, about 1.8 to 2.3 with it on. That is a ResMed AirSense 11 on its AC outlet, 8 hours a night, counting the power the station uses just to stay on.

Why it: the cheapest station on Amazon that runs a full night with the heated humidifier on (ranked by cost per night). For the most nights in the 1 kWh class, the Anker SOLIX C1000 uses the least power to stay on: about 9.1 nights with the humidifier off.

How many watts does a ResMed AirSense 11 use?
ResMed’s user guide gives only a typical 56.1 W and a peak 73.2 W, and does not say at what settings (ResMed AirSense 11 user guide). Owners with a meter report less:
- 42.3 W: humidifier on, level 2, heated tube off, pressure AutoSet, 12 cm H2O. smart plug at the wall, 380 Wh over 8.97 hours. Lee Arnold, MedicSolar (a solar seller's blog), June 17, 2026.
- 45 W: humidifier on, heated tube on, pressure his own, not stated. owner's reading, meter not named. Scott_G, CPAPtalk forum, January 25, 2022.
Humidifier off: we found no meter reading for an AirSense 11. We use ResMed’s AirSense 10 figure, 7 W, as an estimate. One owner’s test fits it: his AirSense 11 used 16% of a Jackery 1000 v2 in 7 hours with the humidifier off. That is about 24 W from the battery, and nearly all of it is the station’s own power use.
What AirSense 11 owners report on a Jackery 1000 v2
Percent of battery, not watts, and their humidifier settings differ. A warm, humid room makes the humidifier work less, which is why some owners get more nights than ResMed’s typical figure suggests.
- ResMed AirSense 11, humidifier off, AC outlet: 16% of the battery in 7 hours — u/Yoyakbob, r/Jackery, August 18, 2026.
- ResMed AirSense 11, humidifier not stated, AC outlet: about 4 nights of 8 hours — robert m., verified buyer review on jackery.com, August 28, 2026.
- ResMed AirSense 11, humidifier on, heated hose, AC outlet: 41% and 35% of the battery on two nights (hours not given) — u/BegrudginglyPresent, r/Jackery, May 30, 2025.
- ResMed AirSense 11, humidifier n/a, 12 V port: would not start on the 12 V port with ResMed's DC cord — u/Yoyakbob, r/Jackery, August 14, 2026.
Can an AirSense 11 run on 12 V DC?
Yes, with ResMed’s ResMed Air11 DC/DC converter 90W, part number 39231. It cost $95 at The CPAP Shop on October 17, 2026. ResMed says it can power an AirSense 11 “equipped with a HumidAir humidifier and ClimateLineAir heated tube” (ResMed).
ResMed publishes no 12 V draw for the AirSense 11, so we give no 12 V nights for it. Two owners say their AirSense 11 would not start on the Jackery 1000 v2’s 12 V port with ResMed’s DC cord. Test it on yours before you rely on it.
Not on Amazon as the ResMed part. Amazon’s results were third-party copies when we looked (one calls itself a “replacement for the original ResMed P/N 39231”), so we link none.
Why the simple math says more nights
The simple math divides the battery by the machine’s watts: 1,152 Wh ÷ (56.1 W × 8 h) = 2.5 nights on the BLUETTI AC180. Two things cut that:
- The inverter loses about 10% turning battery power into wall power.
- The station uses power just being on: 13.8 to 14 W, measured by Jasonoid (YouTube) (June 14, 2023) and Outdoor Life (2024-02).
So the battery feeds 56.1 ÷ 0.9 + 14 = 76.3 W and lasts 1.8 nights. The 12 V port has no inverter: about 2.2 nights at the same watts.
How to set it up for the night
- Charge it to 100%. On a Jackery, turn Battery Saving Mode off. Owners say it stops at 85% (owner report).
- Turn off the power-saving timer. A Jackery ships with Energy Saving Mode on: at 25 W or less on AC it turns the outlets off after 12 hours. Hold the AC and main power buttons until its icon goes away (Jackery manual). Other brands have a similar setting.
- Use the 12 V car port if you can, with ResMed’s Air11 DC converter (part 39231). It skips the inverter. Test it first.
- Test one full night at home before you need it. Note the percent left in the morning.
Ask your equipment supplier or doctor before you rely on a power station overnight.
Questions people ask
What is the best power station for a ResMed AirSense 11?
For one night or more, the BLUETTI AC180. It runs an AirSense 11 about 1.8 to 2.3 nights with the humidifier on and about 6.4 with it off (an estimate), counting the power the station uses to stay on.
How many watts does a ResMed AirSense 11 use?
ResMed says 56.1 W typical and 73.2 W peak, without saying at what settings. Owners with a meter report 42.3 to 45 W with the humidifier on. ResMed publishes no humidifier-off figure.
What battery do I need for a ResMed AirSense 11?
For one 8-hour night at ResMed's typical 56.1 W, a station with about 720 Wh or more on its label. Stations lose power to the inverter and to staying on, so buy more than the machine's watts times 8.
Can an AirSense 11 run from a power station's 12 V port?
Yes, with ResMed's DC converter (part 39231, about $95). Two owners say it would not start on a Jackery 1000 v2's 12 V port, so test it first.
